What's Included

Each 3m x 3m General Shell Scheme stand includes:

  • 9 sqm Shell Scheme walls (white)
  • Wall graphics not included; must be provided by exhibitor or ordered through official vendor
  • Company name fascia/header
  • 9 sqm carpet
  • Two chairs
  • One table
  • Three kW single-phase outlet with single-phase switchboard and socket
  • Three spotlights

Each Island/Space Only stand includes:

  • Contracted amount of floor space.

Please note: Any and all additional items to outfit the stand must be provided by exhibitor, exhibitor's hired contractor, or ordered through official vendors.

All stands include:

  • Two complimentary exhibitor/stand personnel badges per 3m x 3m stand. Exhibitor/stand personnel badges allow access to the exhibit area during setup, show hours, and move out. They do not allow access to the event/sessions. Event badges may be purchased during registration.
  • Access to all exhibit hall networking functions.
  • Company profile and description on the website interactive floor plan and exhibitor list.
  • Company profile and description in the on-site mobile app.
  • Company description in the printed on-site official program.
  • Digital exhibitor badge to use in your customer marketing, email signatures, or post on your website.
  • Access to AOC discounted hotel rates.
